Qualified and Experienced

Lietz Electric, LLC is licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Barrett Lietz, our lead electrician,  is licensed and was trained through the IBEW Local 26. In addition to being a licensed electrician, he is also certified in OSHA 30, electrical project supervision, fire alarm, solar and alternative energy, and auto CAD. Barrett has over 19 years of experience in construction and service jobs, both in commercial and residential. 

Barrett has worked on a variety of projects including new construction work at the Department of Transportation Headquarters, the Patent and Trademark Office, Lockheed Martin, Department of Defense, Institute of Peace and new home construction in Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Smith Mountain Lake areas. Service experience includes jobs at Walmarts, Lowes Home Improvements, Krogers,  Petsmarts, apartment complexes, office buildings and homes. Barrett also has experience in remodel and renovation projects.
